How should I choose a roast?
Start with the flavors you enjoy. Our public brew finder recommends a coffee based on method, flavor, and caffeine preference.
What grind should I use?
Use a medium-fine starting grind for a cone pour-over, a finer setting for espresso, and a coarser setting for immersion. Adjust by taste, one variable at a time.
What is the Dial-In Recipe Card?
It is a printed guide to your starting recipe: dose, water, grind, temperature, and time.
What does the Private Grinder Setup include?
It is a consultation service. Share your grinder, brewer, and usual dose after ordering so the roastery can arrange your session. Grinder hardware is not included.
